Revert All Power to Chest RT

With the freedom of summer break coming to a close, I’m going to be taking some time off of work in a few days before classes start Photo 29back up again so that I can

  1. see my friends
  2. work on my projects
  3. enjoy what little free time I have left!

In light of this, I have decided to post some pictures of one of my newest miniature projects, which though not quite complete is still noteworthy. Yesterday one of my closest friends and I hung out all evening. We were acting our usual childish selves, watching action movies and cartoons, and finally we decided to finish off the night by building a miniaturized arc reactor look alike from the movie ‘Iron Man’.

A coaster, broken soldering iron, spare battery, some Shapelock, and two salvaged flashlights later, we had a decent looking replica. Though it is still missing the center section, I’m sure I’ll get to it at some point.  It might not look like much when in your hand, but hide it under your shirt and what a change. The diffused led lighting works perfectly to give off the basic shape of the arc reactor from the movie. I am most pleased with this extremely simple project, and am planning on building at least one more under-shirt only look alike, and then I’ll move on to building a more realistic one for use outside of shirt.

For those few of you who don’t know what Iron Man is, have not seen the movie, and have no idea what this project is about, please click here. Cheers!
